Monthly Workshop
My focus for you in these monthly workshops is to share resources and have fun, be creative, take time out, with you leaving feeling uplifted and energised. We go with the flow and have lovely interactive moments together with each other. Workshops are all about learning and having fun. They include energy healing, meditation, laughter yoga and more, and are from 1pm-3pm the 4th Saturday of the month in Knoxfield.
Firstly, because our physical bodies need to move and exercise, we begin with Laughter Yoga, an aerobic exercise with enormous health benefits. We go with the flow, depending on the group and each time is different. Bollywood Laughter Yoga is popular, there will be an energy healing meditation and other creative activities.
Energetic Hygiene
When new people present at these workshops, time permitting, they will receive the Energetic Hygiene process or resource. It gives us ongoing support that our body needs, which requires it to be energetically activated with you. Many people, like myself, use this auric cleansing and healing process/on a daily basis and it makes all the difference in the world, to how we live our lives. It is a great support and connects us with Energies supporting the growth and evolution on this small planet that we live on.
You can expect to leave after two hours feeling reinvigorated, refreshed, uplifted, inspired, returning home light-hearted as never before. We aim to start on time; come early, settle in, meet and greet the others and be prepared in case we may go a little longer.

Monthly Personal & Spiritual Alchemy Class
These classes have the same components as Thursday night classes, are offered monthly to begin with on a Saturday afternoon. Spiritual Alchemy classes may help you in many ways and I share resources which will support you in your life. Expect to feel supported, releasing old habits, learning new, beneficial habits, which when you embrace what you find out, can raise your vibration from fear into love. You will awaken to new connections with your soul and higher self.
Classes include you receiving the foundational, Energetic Hygiene resource, explained in the above workshop section, discussions, meditation. I vary the content, as we at times also listen to a cd discourse and watch videos .
