Would you like to learn how to lift your energy from being fearful to one of love?
We begin by sharing the basics, the Energetic Hygiene resource. There are many resources to share with you and each night we also practice mindful breathing and meditation. All of this will support your physical body, which is a host for your emotions and spirit. We learn and apply ourselves to energetically clear our energy fields of fear into love. In time we will become a vessel of love and light, growing in soul and higher self awareness. It is an awesome opportunity to be more of the potential that is held within you.
Classes are centred around foundational resources that I will share with you. Such as one to help clear your energy fields, self-love affirmations, how to meditate and more. We may also listen to a cd discourse, watch videos and listen to beneficial music. We may also listen to a spiritual process on cd, share discussions with each other, and watch a DVD or particular class or retreat discourse from the Cosmosis Mentoring Centre on YouTube. There’s an abundance of support available here for you.
Classes are Weekly Thursdays @ 7.30pm and occasional Saturdays @ 1.30pm and the energy exchange is $20 per class.
