I was reminded the last few months while being on a committee how important it is to embody my uniqueness and respect and honour those with whom I was needing to work with for the roles they played and how important it is to truly understand that everybody on this earth is unique, has a part to play and we need to recognise that and when the going gets tough, take responsibility, bring things back to ourself and stop blaming other people.
