Energetic Hygiene Helps To Protect Us
Energy is all around us. We live in a physical body, it is surrounded by an etheric web netting body, we think with our mind, so have a mental body, we have emotions, that is, we express with our emotional body, we have a soul body which expresses itself through our other bodies (physical, mental, emotional) and we exist in other spiritual bodies which we will not delve into here.
What is Energetic Hygiene, or Energy Healing?
“How would you expect to feel if you carried around years’ worth of accumulated debris and toxins? Probably pretty terrible. Without our being aware of it our auric field (which consists of the physical body, emotional body, mental body and spiritual body) collects and stores all kinds of things: mental debris, emotional residue, negative energy, pollutants, accumulations of old energy that has never been cleared, energy from others and stagnant energy etc. Just as we shower and bathe our physical bodies to keep them clean, so we need to do the same for our energetic bodies. It is essential that we regularly cleanse and clear our system.”
Spiritual Alchemy otherwise termed Energetic Hygiene Class
Energetic Hygiene and Self Mastery Classes, which I now refer to as a Spiritual Alchemy Class, is facilitated by me in Ferntree Gully on Thursday nights.
People who are drawn to this type of class are usually consciously seeking to work on themselves, usually a believer in reincarnation, God, Energy, Nature Spirits, often drawn to being of service to others on the planet and believing in a benevolent universe. Such ones choose and it may be after a traumatic event or sequences of challenges, feeling it necessary to put time and effort into their own growth. It being a high priority in their lives to deliberately work on their own evolution. Does that sound something like you?
Of it does not, you may not necessarily believe in those aforementioned things, yet feel the need to do something that is self supporting for whatever other reason or reasons. You may have had major issues with your health and somehow face life with a different perspective. It could be following personal loss or losing loved ones. These are the most difficult times that we can encounter. Life does not always seem fair.
